Sear the Pork. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the pork chops and sear 2 at a time for 2-3 minutes on the first side, and 1-2 minutes on the second side. Place pork chops on top and sprinkle with seasonings. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top of the pork chops and sprinkle packet of onion soup mix on top of the soup.
