Pre heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a casserole dish. Wash, core, and cut apples into matchsticks. Assemble. Brown ground pork in a pan, drain excess fat, and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add turnip noodles and apples to bowl with ground pork. Add apple cider and curry powder and mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

Toss apples with brown sugar. Butter a 2-quart (2L) casserole dish. Put a layer of turnip in the bottom, then a layer of apple. Repeat, ending with a layer of turnip on top.
